• Would you like to purchase a ticket with your smartphone quickly while on the way or receive a savings ticket via SBB Mobile? With your smartphone you can easily organise your journeys by public transport.

    On October 5th 2020, the SBB workshop to discover the new features of the SBB Mobile app took place free of charge.
    The workshop was part of the initiative “Waiting for the Digital Days 2020” and was held at the Palazzo dei Congressi in Lugano.

  • The workshop was structured in an interactive way and lasts about 60 minutes.

    • The first part of the workshop was dedicated to the presentation of the digital news related to the SBB Mobile app.
    • Afterwards each participant was able to practise with his or her own device followed by SBB experts.
      The contents of the workshop was focus on smart and quick ways of viewing the timetable: the new SBB Mobile Timetable was presented to the public, i.e. by swiping your finger on the screen you can view your connection and save money by purchasing savings tickets.

    The workshop provided the opportunity to get to know SBB professionals first-hand and ask questions.

    Own a smartphone and take it to the workshop with a fully charged battery.
