Lugano Living Lab managed the digitization of the Lugano Card, from requirements analysis, technology scounting, identifying and implementing new solutions that led to the creation of MyLugano. The smart use of blockchain technology also enabled the creation of a token-based loyalty system, with benefits for both buyers and sellers.
